Rumana Ali

Rumana Ali is a Senior Research Associate at BRAC Research and Evaluation Division. She has been working here since 2008. Rumana completed her first Masters from the Department of Women and Gender Studies, University of Dhaka, and then second Masters in Women and Gender Studies from two European universities- University of Lodz (Poland) and the University of Oviedo (Spain) under Erasmus Mundus joint master degree programme funded by the European Commission. Currently she is working at Human Rights and Social Development unit of RED. Her research interest includes gender, violence, human rights and women participation in development activities both at organization and community level.
